The internal auditor, under the authority of the Secretary, is responsible for:
a. Internal auditing by determining the level of compliance of financial activities with the Law on Public Finance Management and Responsibilities, the Law on Public Procurement, the Law on Civil Service, other fiscal and budgetary rules, administrative instructions and professional standards
b. Drafting of periodic and annual reports, which are submitted to the Office of the Auditor General and the Secretary of the Assembly
c. Conducting the audit at the request of the Secretary
