Born in July 1981, in Pristina. Married and has two children. Co-founder of the Self-determination Movement! and member of the Presidency of the Movement, as well as of the General Council.

On 22 March 2021 he was elected as Speaker of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo in the VIII Legislature of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
