Prof. Dr. Fatmir Sejdiu welcomed students of the law science University of Southeastern Europe in Tetovo

Issues of drafting, procedure and approval of the laws, the structure of the Assembly, the work of the committees, the transmission of the competencies and the fulfillment of standards were the main topics at the meeting between a member of the Presidency of the Assembly, Prof. Dr. Fatmir Sejdiu with students of the law science University of Southeastern Europe in Tetovo. As deputies from last structure so deputies of this structure, priority aim have the legislative role of the Assembly, emphasized Sejdiu. In last structure were approved approximately 100 laws, although some of them still haven™t been promulgated by UN Administrator, while it has been worked with a very intense commitment on approving new laws by current deputies.

There are no differences between deputies on essential issues of the future of Kosovo, unless when in question those who come from Serb community. So, in strategic works, including the final status of Kosovo conformity to political will of citizens, we do a joint work, said Sejdiu.

Talking about the issue of standards, Prof. Dr. Fatmir Sejdiu emphasized that we have understood the standards as a process towards a better life, starting with studying of the law, integration of minorities until stronger economic development of the country. The engagement will follow up within the spirit for transmission of competencies as soon as possible. In the near future we are expecting the establishment of Ministry of Justice and Security, emphasized he.
